This project was an opportunity within the ACS Elementary Roots and Shoots program. Students in grades 3 – 5 created picture books to be given to children in Nepal. Once completed, books were laminated and bound to make them more durable. Students learned about places around the world where the book they made may be creates a connection with an ACS student and a child in another place. ACS students will be travelling to Nepal in November and share the books then
